Wont be seeing me for some time

Well, just in short, lately my connection has been terrible, all day long drop outs and all and we noticed they were working on it,
now it doesnt drop out but my ping sometimes flips to 500, (like every minut) , this totally sucks and is the worst in ut2003 (in CoD its from 50 to 150) , so i will be back when its solved, cya later
