these small changes do not ruin the game, they only add to it, the only reason you see 1.4 as being better is because PLAYERS played differently back then, but since then people have become more skilled in alternative forms of play, you got to live with it.
1.4 is just retro, if you actually go and dig up that version and play it you will see nothing in it better than 1.7, just worse stuff.

if you dont like the changes, dont play the mod, its simple. And what right do some of you guys think you have anyway to be screaming and shouting and having a tantrum over this, its almost as if you think YOU own the mod, and a change in the mod is a change in YOUR property. its pathetic.

if you dont like the mod, DO NOT PLAY IT, especially you surge

i tend to agree with you gutter but i would say that saying we want the gameplay of 1.4b back isn't wrong to ask. yes i know it isn't as simple as just going back to the verson but i think it could be done

i dont want 1.4 back at all, i like 1.7 alot except for the map changes and crouch. what i dont like at all is a couple of ppl just saying: "if u dont like it dont play it." which is all i said. there are a couple of ppl spamming this in every thread that doesnt agree with something in 1.7, now wether or not its a good change they want, is NOT the point. every1 has the right as far as i know to have an opinion.

just saying: "if u dont like it dont play it." is VERY imature imo and should really stop.
