Ok, everyone has thought about it/suggested it. This is how I think it should be done (bazzi :p)

Have it on the DBL page so only registered, logged in players can vote.

Separate players into 5 positions (keeper, sweeper, def/mid att/mid, striker) and have a different pole for each position. With each person having 2 votes for each category (10 votes total).

The players in each position are decided by asking the team admins to submit a list of 5 players who they consider to be their strongest line-up from players that play/played for them that season.

It should only be done for Div1 to prevent the polls getting too big. I know this will make it inaccurate cos some of the best players in the game play in lower divisions but I think it’s the best way.

The “all star game” will consist of the league champions (cY13 ) playing the selected all stars =) – hopefully it wont be ruined with boost goal lameness :\

(so if there are any allstars from the league champions the guy with 2nd most votes plays foe the AS team)

now setup a poll with all 5000 players to vote from

there are also pwning players who are not playin for a div1 team ... some are even better then most of the div1 players ...

Affi, I know a lot of the best players in DB play in lower divisions but i dont really think its feasable trying to get every division in and keep the poll from having 200 options =(
