2.3 5on5 Pickup Resurrection

We are trying to resurrect the european 2.3 5on5 Pickups again and had already five 5on5 pickups... but we need more players to keep this going.

I would, but playing two different versions is messy for me, specially when they are so much different.

every 2.4 pickup that is 4on4 or 5on5 gets ruined, mostly it wont be even finished...
when will you guys realize that 2.3 is better for these types??

I've been thinking of going back to 2.4e or something, but the problem is I only have 2.4c installer somewhere
2.3 is ok too but im only gonna play VO but I think that community is dead for some years now (because of DavidM's new crappy versions of DB
)
VO is the only way to play, more eyecandy and requires more ballcontroll skills
anyways if anyone is up for VO I can put on a server but I'll need the right installer
so we can all play

I dont remember what version it was, the version before the 8way spin, the volleyspin and before the crappy sounds, I think it was 2.4c - 2.4g somewhere in between.
If i remember correctly it was 2.4e but dunno for sure.

it wasn't because of new version, but rather the lack of new player and only hidden irc community no open public's.

The reason DB players wanted to conceal themselves from new guys always eluded me.
