Using this mutator alows loads of people to watch one ut2003 match at the same time, without a big performance hit on the game server its self. It lets one spectator connect to a server and then people can connect to that spectator and see what he is seeing. This would be great for the division 1 deathball match's

instead of the irc reporter bot
