Just posting my first map for DB. It's a bit weird but hopefully some will like it. As it says in the subject this is still a beta, in that it doesn't look perfect yet, but I'd like to know how the gameplay goes. This is what I posted on another forum:

Anyone ever play the old game pararena? Perhaps the best game ever created by a company with a B&W naked chick with wings as their logo. Anyway it was the inspiration for my first DB map that I have actually got playable. I know its a reasonably unorthodox map but it could be fun. This version is only a beta, so any ideas/criticisms are welcome, and I will probably be adding some extra gameplay and eye candy later.

looks fun and different, it needs retexturing but its cool

hmm, looks like the penalty zones are bigger than the rest of the map :O...and the goals also look to big...other than this it looks interesting

yah, p-zone too big, but goals not (from limited testing). If you play it you will see why.

ewww... unflat maps are usually pretty crappy, just so you know.

At least he's showed some spark of originality.

the DB-arena map had a big bowl in the middle of it... thats been rotting away for a while now :\

That's because it's 5 months old or something stupid like that. You'd also need 20+ players to play a somewhat fast paced game. That was a really large map.. poorly done.
