how about a deathball training school, it would have to have people who enjoy teaching newbs how to play (there are some

)

its own server.. with full admin privlages etc.
prephaps a custom map that would be more useful than game maps...

what do you guys think?
We could advertise it in the serv browser as deathball training school, NEWBS ONLY, or something...

Here is what I came up with during a boring German class

Have a n00b night on a server. Every hour a new group of newbies can get a chance to play DB with two 'teachers' who will explain them DB as they play it.

i would be able to help train anyone who wants it, maby daveM can advertise the night (when theres a set date?) on the main page, 20 min lessons or something.

I belive most ppl will be able to train pretty well, it sounds like a good idea. Having 2 teachers will be useful but i see one flaw with it. How will noobs find out about this? I mean most of the noobs that come to this forum and are really into DB wont stay noobs for long. Also it will be really hard to train more than 3 ppl at anyone time as there is only one ball. Its not like football coaching where there are sacks of balls.
