That was confusing me. Sometimes I got the msg, and sometimes I didnt. I thought maybe if you edit the post before you leave the thread it doesnt do that.
Its good to know now.

I think there should be two contry categories. The county origin of those who start notpron and the origins of those who completed notpron.
The latter would give to some healthy bragging rights.

The fact that there are more people on Linux than Mac amazes me. I switched to Mac from PC three years ago and will NEVER, EVER go back. I work a lot with graphics and video editing (thus my switch)... but love the Mac interface so much more than PC. But Linux is peaking my interest... who can tell me a good place to start learning about Linux? Send me a PM and we can talk more over e-mail. Seriously curious. Thanks all.

its not gs.net fixing my stats problem....they keep making promises since last june, but nothing happens. very annoying.
i added an invisible counter to the frontpage which takes the stats

the country stats are junk, i'll not add them
the country info is taken out of the browser language...and I have an english browser installed for example.
but the most surprising thing is that 12% are from taiwan.....which is bullshit

I guess Americans are not as obsessed with slapping cylindrical objects or beavers?

One time I was at a fun pizza party talking with the guys in Rush and they were going on about how much they love hockey, Maple Leafs and all. And you could tell they were into beavers as well, as were the guys in the other band, Kiss. Good times...
