it's a additional feature, not the main feature.

it's still the same price as the old music/photo 'only' ipods

you can still hear music with it :P

you can also watch the videos on TV ... and you probably won't see any difference from normal TV. well, maybe you will if you sit 50cm infront of it or have a HDTV but i guess noone has that in europe yet

the HDTVs I saw in shops were all crap. Resolutions of 1280x768 or so. thats less than half as good...

it's supposed to be 1920x1080, dont let them fool you.
anyway, i will buy a hdtv video card and watch hdtv on my computer. tv's way too expensive

carrying around videos....no thx, useless :>

Good luck circumventing the inevitable copy protection mechanisms.

Eww..the crimson and black ipod is butt ugly :(

Anyway, I wanted the pink mini too a year ago or so, but it would take 3 months to deliver it, so I went for a grey one instead :)
I really don't see why people have to make sure all their friends have to know they have an ipod, buying socks for it and whatnot (even sticking to those horrible earphones ;p an audiophile's nightmare! :D shame on you Isil).

I bought my ipod for the music, and people don't need to know what those ugly headphones are attached to.

Face it, quality and aesthetics don't mix when it comes to music(hardware).

So if you want a black-and-red-u2-ipod, I don't care <3 as long as you enjoy the music :D

More importantly:
What headphones are you guys using? :D

edit: Using Senn's HD 555 atm, will be for some time :) maybe etymotics eventually..for a somewhat stealthy (but still hi-fi) experience ;p
