I was asked this once, its to see how you think.

A woman meets a man at a funeral on a rainy day.

She instantly falls in love with him at first site, the feeling is mutual.

Anyhow the man has to leave suddenly, without leaving her any details, not even his name.

A week after the woman murders her sister.

WHY DID SHE DO IT?

she murdered her sister so that she could see the man again on her funeral

the woman had been planning to kill her sister for a long time prior to meeting the mysterious man (who has nothing to do with the woman's motive to murder her sister). it just happened that she executed her plan a week after she met the man she fell in love with at first sight.

(i also have an alternative explanation)

The woman goes home a sulks for about a week consuming mass quantities of vanilla ice cream all the while muttering under her breath about about men.

"Stupid stupid men," she grumbled "just like them to fall head over heals in love with me then not even ask his me my name. I bet he just wanted to get in my pants. He was cute though. Holy shit my sister bought the same dress as me! She knew I had already bought that one. That bitch is gonna die!"

I say she killed her because her sister and her were identical twins and she caught the man banging the sister, so she had to kill her.

The man was either the priest or the funeral director, and by murdering her sister she would get to see him again

Perhaps she had PMT and was so pissed that he didn't take her details that she took out her vengance on her sister????

The man is the funeral director seems the most obvious answer

Now if the man is a funeral director, there is no need to kill her own sister to have another furneral, she can just kill anyone on the street.

I think the furneral mentioned is one of her family member's. So the man is a friend to her family. So, she will have to kill another member of her family to have another family furneral so that the guy can attand the furneral. Then she can see him again..

Maybe the real reason the guy left in the first place is because the sister told him something about the woman that made him leave. The woman found out later that her own sister betrayed her and made her lose the love of her life. She know now that there's nothing she can say or do that would make the man return to her, blaming it on the sister, she kill her.

b) a week after the woman kills her sister, bla bla bla (i.g. she meets a man in her sister's funeral)


so i can say, the reason is not given.

or

the man she met was her sister who had a sex change.
