HELP!! problem with Db+v2199

Updated ut2003 today with the v2199 patch, started to play DB, but i have a problem, im not getting a radar come up, no crosshair, no health bar or sprinting bar. i have checked my settings and all is ok. Could some tell us how to fix this please, also any one else had this?(plus not getting a full list of servers as well, just about 7 servers in the list):(

enable the hud, and enable all the other stuff unter hud (in the settings)

2199 will only show servers that have updated to 2199...

But there are more than 7. I guess the UT installation is teh borked!
