Hi me and my friends were at this for hours. I made an account and I can't PM people until I participate. I know for certain I am at the right image, I even went as far as to make a new image timestamp with *removed which is what was being used for the rest of them. Please send help.

Hey, I've been stuck on 61 for a while now too, and I seem to have the same problems as some of the other people here - I read what I needed to read, which got me to the right image, and I tried GIMP and Autodesk sketchbook too, but yeah, like some others, nothing comes up that would lead me to anything 
Also, I'm using a Macbook Pro and Firefox... maybe that may effect some things?
Am I able to PM anyone about this, and get some guidance? Thanks!
(ps, it's really awesome that the notpron community is still active - this has been a great way to spend quarantine haha)

Never mind, it does work. I was close but too stupid to properly do the last step. Fun level in the end!

There is nothing wrong with this, or any other level, unless it is explicitly stated as broken (a few are).
Finding answers and methods online is considered cheating, if you continue, you risk being banned from finishing. Read the announcement on the forum front page. Answers (and thus some urls) have been changed, so the old ones no longer work.
It sounds to me like you haven't even begun to solve this level?
I don't understand how you can enjoy the riddle if you get answers online, rather than solving the level! That's all the fun! Looks like you have spoiled 63, my all time favorite!

Nice multi-step level! For those who found the right file but are stuck on the final step (and who like me are also not Photoshop/Gimp savvy), MS Paint is enough.

I m stuck in the final step of the level. I m pretty sure I got the right file. Problem is I m not too GIMP savvy, is it possible to give me nudge without spoiling it? I ve tried tweaking a few things in the pic, found nothing so far.
