if i am setting my team up for level 3 before the season in SingelePlayer, then if i am done and press OK he is goigng to the main menu

Wow..

More people are playing Single Player than I thought.

But i have this problem too

And i do like DB SP, so i want to play it! It seems to me that it's the home games that are screwed up, as instead of showing screenshots of your home ground, it's just black. When you click Play and then OK on the bot tactics, it just dumps you back to the main menu...

Any ideas?

Idea:
Play on pubs. Single Player sucks

Thanks for the tip, but I don't have enough time on my hands to get good enough to not be a n00b on the net. Therefore I play SP. Or rather, I don't play SP atm...

Did you select Echo as home map?
I know it happens with that.
Avoid Echo and it should work

Well, first time I tried GreenBaize, then November lmao, so clearly it's me. I'll just reinstall UT2004, see if it works then lol

I haven't done it yet lol. I'm halfway through doing some UScript, so reinstalling now might be a little disruptive. I'll report in tomorrow

Looks like it wasn't my install...

I only tested IceDemon, it's still happening on GreenBaize even after a fresh install (UT2004 setup, 3339 patch, DB 2.3 setup).
How strange...

I'll check out every map and find out which ones do and don't do it...

Can you try removing all the files from C:\UT2004\Saves ? If that doesnt work try deleteing deathball.ini and deathballuser.ini from you deathball/system directory and report back.

I am pretty sure that a regular UT2004 removal does not remove any of the above mentioned files.
