there have already been several of these double-training-court-threads in the old forum. 
also there is a build in variable ( bPracticeMode ) that you can set to True and goals won't count anymore. but online with advanced admin enabled the only way to change this variable is in the servers ini file or by creating a simple subclass of DB_Deathball wit just this variable set to True in default properties and then use this subclass as gametype.
