Dunno how to say this, but I'd likee to be able to do top spin and the opposite one.
'cause I think u could do some 1337 passes then D;;
Now when I think about it I don't want the oppsite, I want more of a stop ball (dunno if it's the right word, translated from swedish tho)

It's a good idea, but you can already make some nice long passes if you charge them with the right power for lobbing.

I just don't think it's necessary atm, although it's something to reconsider in the future. Deathball needs more ideas like that though, maybe DavidM would consider it :p .

hrmmm how would u do that?, banana up down with mouse wheel? well couldnt work and errr back spin = ball coming backwards when it hits the ground, a ball doesnt suddenly slow down and loop in the air, if u wanna do that then less hard charge to the goal.

top spin would be irrelevent

I think adding top spin to increase the dip on the ball might be interesting. Back spin for longer air time is redundant tho.

edit: of course you should be able to combine them with the regular left/right spins

I haven't really thought it thru, just got the idea whilst playing against bots =P
but I've always wanted to be able to do what u in tennis call a sliced ball.

Might be interesting, but I could easily live without it...

backspin key would be cool, so the ball can roll back to you or at least slow down its roll, but when you give it curve in the air it may get a little ugly.

the ball will bomb at the floor, dunno how thats totaly usefull.

the ball acts like a ballbearing shot from a bb gun, more distance, but then your basicly shooting right across the field in one go.

i had the idea, but you need a 2-axis wheel
and since this is not standard you can forget it
and using other keys but the wheel aint really good for the general handling. and if you have 2 types of banana you should have em on the same "controller", which could only be done with a 2-axis wheel (which actually) exists

you can only lean it to the right and left, not actually rotate it

well i have left and right banana on either side of my up key.

so that leaves the mouse wheel free for me.
