Well I was browsing through my buddies list in UT2K4 and I had *wt.* in it. Then kencc showed up and he was playing DB. I then double clicked the server and started downloading the map, and some other crap. I went inside and found it very weird.. Here's a pic:



And when I was in first person view, the gun was very small, could barely see it.

So do I get a cookie or something? :lol:

EDIT: Here's another picture in BlueRidge, had to download that map as well

thats just small weapons... you can change that :\

seems doing it that way brings back the original models too

Well, we know why we keep on recommending to start it the proper way.

I dunno what can be done.

Insane, i was play db2.0 through the ut2k4.exe (extracting all db files into the ut2004/ folders and running it through exe). its much shit in the exe, smoothness isnt there, settings isnt there, cant see f2 and ruins the dm side of ur name

i should have two cookies for owning people in the exe

Yeah i found out that happens right when db came out, i couldnt figure out how to get custom models to work, and i realized its cuz i was using UT2004.exe (oops lol)

you can tell who is doing that and who isnt, cuz when you boost some people (mainly noobs) they automatically say "I'm on your team idiot!" or whatever voice command is default for friendly fire on reg ut2004 servers.

That will happen if the player turns on autotaunt.. It's available under the DB settings too.
To you noobs using it: Turn it off.

I beleive that has been fixed for 2.1.

Hi guys. Im superbitch and Im working on this particular bug. Its actually related to the fact the game is not initiallizing properly when you dont load the game through the in game browser.

How exactly did you get it to do that....

good job though its a mess...could you fire that rocket launcher?

Rocket launcher? hehe.

I think you'll find that's the standard DB ball launcher.
