Exactly what it says in the title really. AoV are looking for a second keep so that we can play games more regularly.
Requirements:-
Be normal (well relatively anyways...) :p
Be a decent keep
Be available to play regularly
Have a nice arse so Gaz will "get on" with you
Benefits if you join AoV:-

Regular cuddles with Gaz (if you ask nicely)
