I patched DB to the newest version, and all the sudden I can't play any of the defualt UT2004 game types online. Every single server I try to join, it connects, loads then goes back to the server browser and says "Connection Failed". Either this is a huge quincidence or DB screwed my game up. Anyone else have this problem? But DB is awesome :p .

also when you just normally start your ut2004.exe ?

yeah i meant that i would laugh if the user was attempting to run other modes from his deathball loader, and wondering why it was a little bit screwed

been ok here, im a deathmatch whore and i got deathball installed...

warranger, you probably overwrote original ut2004 files (most likely default.ini and defuser.ini)

Oh yeah! Dave, when I saw those two things the first time, I'm like "Maybe I shouldn't." So I didn't, but when I couldn't play online I'm like "Maybe I should..." Becuase I didn't know there was a new patch out.

Same exact think is happening to me... I can dl the map the server is playing, and whatever else is required. but once its *right* about to let me in i get "connection failed"

i just installed DB2k4 like everyone else did.. and took out the warfare and tennis files - then this happened
