Don't know if the euros have seen it, but on american servers, more and more people are doin it. You bounce the ball in front of you and volley it right away...can be abused, which it has been (mainly in vo games...i have yet to see it in a match, well i've only played one match, so thats probably why)

I took a demo of it, the demo goes long after the actual shot of one of these goals (i forgot to hit stop) but you'll see it in there.

Should be fixed somehow...maybe add a latency between the time you can bounce and the time you can volley

dunno about america, but this has been happening since TV removed n00b Cannon.

It's only been possible since the bounce latency has been removed. Happend in one of the 1.9b betas.

Is it really a big problem? Can't say I've played DB online in a while.

It's becoming more and more of a problem since the release of 1.9b because people have timed it to where you can bounce it in front of you and redirect it somewhere else, just like the old n00b cannon.

You dont even need to bounce it off the ground. You can bounce it straight towards one side of the net and volley it in the other immediately afterwards.

Easy to fake out the keeper this way but is it a problem in normal games, as opposed to volley only?

i think it actually adds to the game and makes it better, People like you dist dont like change, sorry that you don't but truthfully i think you should be able to bounce it then hit it... ii personally like it... So i say Leave it in the game.

Personally i've not seen the noobcannon, though i dont know quite what you mean, cos i not watched that demo. The only one i've see in the RMB bounce (deflected, bounces off you whatever..) followed by the volley...

and i've only see Hega (WHORE IN 3v3!) do this

gg dis it only works if you have a ball moving towards you which takes skill to redirect... it really isn't much different than just volleying it just is a way to get a keeper that is just guessing off his game. It is pratically useless in real games. Tim i thought you liked tricks m8.

i do, just not stupid annoying ones like this that take no teamwork to do at all...just promotes ego whores to think they can make a flashy goal

The noob - cannon is getting quite popular. I see it all the time. I don't have an opinion yet as to it being good or bad.

i don't think we should change the game based on VO players who are mostly ego anyway...
