i played sum instant action to get a closer look on asbestots and on asbestos there is a reedmer. i shot in the air. had -10 health
then i used all my weapons and had the result: -3305 health

You can do this online too 
Switch to a map with a gibberish name, and you can get ur limbs chopped off..but u'll just be able to go on
Just make sure u don't jump before you get ur health back to above 100..otherwise your stuck to the ground.
Also happens during mapswitch (quite frequent during the 1-2 seconds of mapswitching in a gibball match, the player who gets hit actually loses limbs and goes on holding the ball)
