The phone box was underwater - he broke the first window to get out when a shark appeared. He then broke the other window on the other side to escape but failed!

The man broke the windows through stupidity. He did not intend to break the windows, it was a consequence of his stupid actions.

The caller told him he'd won the lottery - he punched the air with both hands but smashed the glass and bled to death!

Nope. Anyway, when do you get a call saying you've won the lottery? You watch it on TV, then you call them.

OK he rang them first, then the caller confirmed he'd won the lottery...

The stupid fisherman stretched his arms out to show the person at the other end how big the fish was, smashing through the glass and fatally wounding himself.
