Actually, c should know the color of his hat too, as soon as b calls out his own.
If a was silent, then b and c must not have the same color. So if b called out black, then c knows he must be white.

Some Yobs smashed the windows. Later on a man crashed his car and got a severed limb. He ran quickly to the phonebox and dialled for an ambulance but then died of blood loss while still on the phone
