I'm very sure that i've got two correct letters and another one that could be right but now I'm stuck.

Are the letters in some kind of "order" or allocated quasi-random?

Well, she stopped riddling over 2 years ago when she was already stuck at Beta. Pretty possible that she didn't even notice the tax thingy anymore before taking that break.
Now she's stopped in any way. She doesn't read the forum itself, and she blames me for not replying to her PM. Not my problem.

Oh I'm so sorry... it's just come to my mind that my inbox might be full... I deleted one mail before writing you another one... pretty stupid, I know...

Well, I'm on holiday now and all I'm doing now is riddling ^^ two years ago, I was stuck on level -40 and I made the whole riddle again and of course I could remember most of the solutions and strategies (I've got a memory like an elephant, by the way...

and with my boyfriend's help we were really quick then. I never managed to come to Beta two years ago! And the tax thing came later, didn't it? I stopped riddling because I was so frustrated about which program I should download and with every program that I tried I didn't get any answer... But now it finally worked.

I'm really, really sorry, Kisa!!! I was really surprised that you didn't reply but I didn't think you ignored me!

Anyway... I'm still stuck and I'm almost sick of looking at this picture with these mysterious lines...

ALMOST!!!
