Actually, I got the "Sorry, currently there is no target available. Please check again in a day" message for the last 3 days. Is it just like a queue for targets and I'm supposed to wait... or is something wrong?

While I'm waiting for my personal target, I may as well read up on some remote viewing techniques to get a head start on the level. I'm a little sceptical it can work but if people are actually doing it, I may as well give this all I've got.
