Level 8

I'm pretty sure I solved the level, but it doesn't work. I got to the point where I get the image with name: ... and password: ... but if I enter it it's not working, I did try some things thinking it was another trick, but by now I'm pretty sure it's suppose to be the answer. Can someone who solved the puzzle DM me so I can check with that person if I have the right name and password?

i cant seem to download the thing I need. Any help on doing so?

I also can’t download anything. I’ve figured out the necessary instructions regarding the *removed, and am using Firefox (Also have Chrome, Edge, and Explorer available), but when I get to the point that I should download something, it doesn’t happen and instead says “No video with supported format and MIME type found.” Help?

It's Firefox's weirdness. Just right click on the page somewhere, not on the message and then use 'save page as'.

I have renamed a file, downloaded said file, played with said file and now I'm very much stuck. I think I've renamed the wrong file, or renamed it wrong at this point. Anyone happy to confirm or deny my suspicions?

I just got involved with the puzzle today and I think I am almost done with level 8. Can someone please tell me how *removed to the same type as our invisible friend? I am using Safari on a Mac
