Is there a similar video I can watch that is in English?

I want to make sure I do not miss anything and I feel that is the case when trying to understand what is being said in these videos.

Finally, after 6 months, Level Nu. It sucks that I'm out until tomorrow on Easter Holidays and I can't work on it efficiently, but it's still worth a shot
