can you help me ? i've found the answer for the level 10 by myself, and another answer on youtube for the same level, but neither of those two worked! What should i do ?

Why are you posting here about level 10? There is a thread for that level. Getting answers from YT or other online sites is considered cheating, read the Notpron rules again. Online answers are now mostly redundant anyway, many have changed for that very reason, to stop people cheating (which is pointless).
