Can't really predict how all these changes will affect the gameplay, so many factors.

I agree with DavidM based on what Sqleaf just said.

Just an idea... how about the option to turn auto-dodge on or off as a server setting? Hmm... :/

Imo a unique move (like dodge) should be assigned a single key. Keeping is (mainly) about predicting where a player will go/shoot etc, but it has become more and more difficult recently (thanks to VO fever). "Ball was flying for 0.1 seconds" I saw the other day, and 0.1 seconds is the average human reaction time!
If a keeper wants to be somewhere quickly... give him a button to press! It doesn't rule out skill at all.

Typical of dm to fuck with settings that dont need to be fucked with. Keeping is fine, shooting is fine. If you dont think they are, then you suck. And yes, I do both.

NO! :)
useless to have 20 different gametypes with minor changes and you cannot get used to anything.
i want 1 deathball! so you know what to expect when you join a server

well i think dodging per 1 klick isnt a good idear, it'll hapen that ppl doge out to early or away from the ball :eek:
I hope IF it will be in 2.0 its an option so you can still use the normal twice klick dodge :hmmmz:

uhm it doesnt remove skill O_o

do you want to let him increase only shootpower of attackers and keepers still have to push the button twice? :P

i think now its finally skill based...

Before you had to push twice and when your ping wasnt that good then it took some time^^

But now you can finally keep like your reflexes are able to :>

i pretty agree with most of all when they say that binding dodge sux

the dodging was one of the stuff which separate a bad keeper to a good keeper, now everyone gonna be able to keep (xept me of course ;) ), and Still is so right, when he said that soon we gonna be only some specs watching a match.

well , wait & see, but if it really sux, i hope it'll be removed (and i hope so, just the idea is making me laugh x_X )

well, most of the players are field players

so they'll probably won't bind dodge, and maybe create a new user for keeping

ok, untill now, it's fine


now, look, i'm a field player, got my leet user, and i go on a public

"if u spawn keeper, u stay keeper"

oh great, gonna quickly change user
