everything thats fun is unfunny for the others, thats the problem with multiplayer

the fun of volleying in 1.4 was 80% 20% (off /def)

in the end you gotta get it all to 50% 50%
that way it is fair, and it can be played professionally
no frustrating moments for the defense

the only problem is that you are completely wrong, pbox camping is an extremely effective way to defend play with two D on the edge and one d deeper in the box and you have to be a damn good O(and a lot of times get lucky) to even get a ball to the keeper....which is why it is being used ALL the time by most teams out there. the problem with it isn't really the fact that it is an effective D the problem is that it is slow(slows down the game) and there are no penality for doing it, you can just boost up after wards.

you may not see a problem with it but most ppl i know do and i know a lot of ppl


ooo and when you see the majority of db players leaving or at least not playing nearly as much it is probably a safe bet to say that the majority don't think the gameplay is the most fun it could be

also, this pbox camping is causing people to use these 'funny' strategies of boost goals, which are more effective against this type of d, making 'true' offensive strategies of regular shots obsolete...

if you don't think this is a problem with the game, then you haven't been playing many scrims man o_O

basically, get rid of boost goals and pbox camping and this game will be much funner

David you must be playing with horrible pbox campers. Any good one will wait for you to charge up and then hit you, and never leave the pbox. Yes you can charge past the shake if they hit you early enough, but most of them have learned to hit late enough that you can't charge past.

I want an end to pbox camping and a rejuvenation of DB. Just because you play crappy defenders doesn't mean you speak for the whole DB community. I know I speak for the entire NA community when I say that beating a pbox camper with a shot is very hard as long as they don't suck.

That's completely irrelevant, if I have an open team mate I won't be trying to shoot past a pbox camper anyway. If he's not open than it's a moot point.

man, euro defenses must suck, lol, its really hard to get a goal with pbox campers in NA

um, no, with the chargeup sound, all defenders need to do is wait for you to charge up half way and then hit you, SOMETIMES you get lucky and they miss, but its just impossible to beat pbox campers with just 'good timing'

attacking against my own defenders I know how hard it can be
but 99% of the others have no clue about timing

timing against a good d does nothing, it might put you in a situation that if the pbox camper doesn't hit you or hits you early, you can get a shot off, but you really just need luck to pull this off
