I'll help out once you are fully cleaned of viruses (if you still have the problem). Not much point why'll you're infected (if you still are?).

Make sure your clean of everything. Including things that infect your antivirus. Security tango has several programs and directions for cleaning up your computer.

If you have not run anti AD-ware and spy-ware programs, then you would not believe how much junk is on your PC. Both AD-ware and SPY-ware can also cause lot of problems.

You also need a clean boot environment too. Reformatting the boot drive alone won't save you if the infected stuff is still on the other drives.
