I have no idea who "he" is. Is it Jay Pack? I am thinking so, but not sure if I'm right. I feel like it may be David M.

And what are these eggs people are talking about? Help!?

I believe a certain tool may be needed to get some information, but I fear this tool is usually paid.
In an earlier level when something similar was needed, a free online tool helped. That tool didn't work in this case.
Do I indeed need that tool?

I'm just trying to be vague, but probably doing a dumb job at it.

Hi there, I figured out everything I'm supposed to do in the level, but after doing it I still can't find what I need (there's information but none of it seems to work). Can I pm someone?

Sorry, the program I was using wasn't working correctly, I used a different one and found the thing I needed

Just a quick recomendation, invest in making a notpron "diary" to record the tought proccess to solve each level, keep all the files, it will help a lot.

I need help here. I found all the eggs in 68, I know where I met Jay Pack and I went there but I can't find anything that's leading me to an answer. Can I PM someone?

I think some important parts to this level got broken on some browsers... I first met "him" on Chrome, and there's some missing data on what he gave me (that was present when I first did it before the recent un/pw changes). Going back and trying it on Firefox let me see the answer but it was in a strange place. I have the solution now but I think other people might get similar problems... (might have something to do with Mac too)
EDIT: Never mind, it's my whole computer... how strange, will have to do some other levels on other computers -_-
