This level is driving me nuts. I've been stuck on it for a week now. I think I have all the clues, and I think I know what the hashes mean, but like many other people it seems, I cannot figure out what the numbers represent. Every attempt to identify letters that match up with them just ends up in random nonsense. Is there not any other hint? I'm on the verge of giving up.

I already find out what the # means and the URL but what am I supposed to do with the numbers? Can someone help me I'm stuck on this lvl for like 4 days
