i have a serious question....

If 24 hour convenient stores are open 24 hours then how come the doors have locks on them???

the serious answer to that is that just because they stay open 24 hours per day doesn't mean that they never close. if they close down because they don't get enough business, they renovate, or they have to close for other reasons, they need to lock up so people don't break in.

The creative answer: because the doors would be too light otherwise, and they would swing open too fast.

If you want a real test of creativity (not this nonsense), try solving the bosswolf's riddle. You're a not pron player, I'm sure you can find the link to it.

If you're a real riddler, I'm sure you can find the Other riddles thread to post that there ...

Simple, we have to park in the driveway because there are no vacant parking space left on the parkway after all the others have parked there.

But:
Why does Hawaii have interstate highways?
Why is it that goods sent by a car is often called shipment, and if it's sent by ship; cargo?
If I always tell lies, then what does that mean?
If you drive your car at the speed of light, and turn on the front lights, then what happens?
Why is it that everytime we drive through an area searching, and slow down to get a better look, we turn down the radio?

This is the most simple one, solvable with logic:

If your sentence above is not true, it says, you do not always tell lies - but the sentence above is still a lie :D
