It took me 3 days to solve!
I think I was accustomed to solve by the way of the previous ones! Learning new stuff is always hard here!

hmm why is there double frame on the picture, is it just for fun or should it tell me something?
edit: I got the hints, found the things but not clear what is the use of them. If I wrote too much previously I can delete it XD

During late Summer of 2014, I was up to level minus26. I had taken a few months off...had a lot going on. I just started up again and am eager to solve this level...but there is only 1 problem, or rather a question.
I have both of the pieces needed to solve this level...but I haven't made the connection yet. I have had the "file" since the summer...and am pretty sure it IS the CORRECT file. Through some private messages regarding this issue, I have had confirmation that the file is correct!
My issue is this...how can anyone solve this level now that the file is currently unavailable?
I held on to it, knowing I would be back...but the fact that it has been taken down caused me to question whether or not I had the right one...and I know I do.

This isn't that tough to solve once you have the "file" you need, which is still obtainable. Think about what you have and what that could possibly relate to here.
