wow doom 3 is available already?

its been out a day, the wareZZzzzzzzzzzzZ release came reasonably slow for a big game (ie. wasnt released much before the retail release).

i sincerely hope anyone who uses suprnova recieves a nice letter from id's lawyers via thier isp.

btw. here in belgium not far from my city a boy got arrested after coming from a lanparty where he had knocked another boy in the hospital, they checked out his environment (i think to make a psychological profile) and they came across all the warez on his pc. His statement was that he didnt knew it was bad and never saw any warning it was illegal .They let him go,they even had to give him back his pc with all the warez ON it. his isp put him on the blacklist + he has to go to this this meeting every week where he meets other teens who have violence issues

It's a bit sad really. On suprnova over 45,000 people are downloading Doom3 already and it hasn't been realesed. I bet all the folks at ID are so happy that the work they have been sweating blood over for the last 3/4 years is being stolen already.

Although i guess Criptonic and Relik can't understand this pain, as it hard to infringe copyright on the bin collection work they pour thier life into.

If you wanna play Doom III online you will need a valid ID. Hopefully some people who download the game will come unstuck and go out and buy a legitimate copy when it hits the shelves.

Doom 3 is primarily a single player game though.

Look, I preordered the game anyway, so even if I warez it, I'll still buy it! I know they have worked hard, not paying for something I do play feels so "wrong" but then again, who cares, cuz I'll just pay
