Ok i dont care about this petty argument, but Rens did choose to include it into DB. We as players have no idea about what agreement or terms were set when it was included so we really dont know what grounds either side has to stand on. For all we know there was a clause that stated when it became part of DB the property belonged to Team Vortex.

In my opinion this should be sorted out in private and not on a public message board, where everyone will comment without knowing the entire situation.

Now i know i loved playing Tennis so i hope both sides can agree on sensible terms so that its development is carried on. Who knows maybe having two versions will benefit the game with the extra competition to make it better.
