I'd solved this lvls about 20 years agoo.
god damn it, I've got old and it takes me much longer to solve lvls but on 8th lvl, smth shit happened and ruined my fun totally.

lot's of things have changed with new programs. some lost programs !

Is this lvl changed ? what I was remembering was reversing smth and changing some speed. or am I mixing up lvls ?
now I got what u mean. it seems that this days program's extra features had solved it unintentionally. lol, I missed this lvl's fun part

The method has not changed, only part of the solution was updated in 2019. The same for other levels- no methods have changed, only some answers.

Hey, I'm stuck and I don't know if it's my fault or my computer's fault. I'm not able to download the thing that I think I'm supposed to download, I'm using chrome if that makes a difference. Anyone able to lend a hand?
Edit: I figured it out, if it helps someone else, I used ctrl S to download

hey guys! idk if this forum still works, but honestly this is my last hope for solving the level 8
i started playing yesterday and i'm stuck im this level. Like, i know that i need to do somenting with a file, but i think im missin something
i dont get any pages that the people are saying they got, like the "are u searching for porn?"
i found the m**2 file (used the * to avoid spoilers) BUT IDK WHAT TO DO WITH IT
im not searching for the answers, i just need a hint or something. Idk if i found the same thing as the people here, cause the file
that i found just have 00:00 seconds, i just think thats not right.
(english is not my first language, sorry for any mistake)

PM me with what you are trying, this level is a little buggy sometimes so they are probably correct. Also try a few more times, that may fix it.

Just FYI for Mac users in 2024; Safari was messing me up. I had to switch to Chrome to do what needs to be done for this level.

Did you check the hint page? Apply the title clue to the words in uppercase. This is the first lesson about file extensions. PM me if that doesn't help.
