its like football really, deep down its a spectator sport, a game for the fans to watch, but for the best teams to win usually involves boring defensive battles (look at european final)

well.. let me think of something.. in every league there are spectators from the league staff who spectate the matches.. if there happens something they can pause the game or even cancel it..
if well get some people who spectate some/all games.. it wont be a problem to define if a team plays unfair etc.
sure it will get problems with them if they do wrong decisions.. but it would make things easier or not?

Anyway bring up this theme for another 356245345 times right now, cos when 1.7 is out u can t blame on boostgoals any more.

problem: what is unfair for someone could be fair for another one so....(boost goals for exemple, but don't wanna flame the tread)
