what is bad about lowcube? looks better to me (little backround now, and doesnt feel like a large empty cardboard box, lighter now too.)

I havent got a chance to check it out yet (im at school) but did they fix that damned bright ass wall when you are on red team looking at blue side? (or other way around, i can't remember)

but the idea of lowcube is to be REALLY basic with nothing fancy or backgrounds etc so people with lower spec machines can play it properly. Otherwise we would have all stuck with cube

i find that the new lowcube lighting still sucks i.e looking @ blue goal blinds you esp. with the new textures...and now when you stand in the light you can't see that sun now 'cos the new mountains are in the way... i managed to fix this... and it's alot more reasonable now... will DavidM be able to?

the backround is extremely simple with polygons, its not going to whack 80% out of your pc power, just as smooth for me as the old lowcube and i'm on a 850 processor.

also, the wind noise....100% pointless.
DavidM needs to fix the errors and not make useless additions to his maps.

I expected this kind of comments. DavidM already asked me to change the sounds a lot of times. As far as the instability problems, I haven't noticed them during any of my testing sessions. Could you please give me some more information about those instability errors. Right now I can't do any thing about it.
About the stats: They are not yet done. I don't know who implented them before I came in, but they are buggy, I am still busy rewriting parts. The same goes for the F1 screen, I'll probably rewrite it.
Rage: More awards, I don't think we'll do that, the current number of awards is perfect as it is. Besides where do you want to leave all the statistics etc. if the whole screen is flooded with awards?

2cool.. I would love to help you out with the server problems, but our server has now been re-installed and tbh im not willing to put db1.7 on it as I dont want to go through the hassle of getting it re-installed again if it all goes wrong

- All i can really tell u, is that on changing map the server died, never to return.. Just wouldnt reboot and gameserver.net couldnt get it back online either, so a re-install was needed

I never had stability issues, but I never got to play it online as I couldn't find a server to play it on...I was just commenting on what others had said...
I was really looking forward to 1.7, but having played the second beta I'm very weary it could be the version that kills my interest in the mod...I do hope not...Please - Keepers as in 1.6.

Is anyone of those guys who complain about keeping in 1.7 keeper?? I tested it and i think it s fine. Reduced dodge... i d like to have the full dodge, but i can live with that. quadjump, reduced volleydelay... fine.
Changes i d like to see for keeper:
- Keeperzone = penaltyzone
- 3/4 dodge instead of 1/2
- larger keeperzones on tribun / chill
Changes in general:
- changes to the pass-shot (90% of the goals are pass-shots, volley not counted, noone trying to shoot any more)
- 1.6 weaponsounds or new ones (not 1.7)
- bugs fixed (chargeup sound for keeper, F1, etc)
