that is where DB needs to split. between the ppl that love soccer and the ppl w/o enough attention span to take a shit b4 getting bored.

sprint is boost like it should be. making runs for yourself, getting open on your own, putting some variety in this game rather 2 ends of play with a flying lane in the middle.

I can t understand those Americans ... what is the fun on dribbling??? Shooting the ball on the ground, jump, shooting the ball on the ground, jump, shooting the ball on the ground ... yay!?

Just to remind u: db is played 5on5, so u got 4 teamm8s playing with u. Use teamplay and u won t have any probs at all...

Dribbling was verging on useless when it was taken out, most defences when how to deal with it. With everyone now being aware of boosting, it now makes dribbling *totally* useless.

I can easily live without it.

so far i only heard "dribberling" and "lower boost"

we wont force anyone to play this alternate style in the league, it will probably be on a "if both agree" base

davidm, i don't think we want much more than lowed boost power and dribbling though i am sure there are a lot of O that would love to see the charge sound removed or the shield box on the defenders put but to the 1.4b levels but those aren't really nessaccary to the goal of "making db fun."

btw we aren't whiners....well some of us are but personaly i am just trying to get this game to be fun so that when i come back in 3 months that there will still be a db for me to play

DM.. is it possible to get reduced power on self-vollies before x-seconds, so that there is a pass-shot speed tactical noob-cannonish thing. Essentially, its pass shot speel, but takes longer to set up, puts the ball in the open briefly, etc. Big advantage is it allows for more better ball movement tactically.

Again... still too busy to do anything except short bursts... when I get a chance to sit down, you'll get a post with more substance, reasoning behind proposed changes, etc.

I was pondering to myself what if the volly cannon charged just ike a normal shot. you'd hafta time everything you did. onetimers etc..

but i don't think i'd even like this idea, although onetimers could easily be pulled off just as well with the holding of the pass button...

and reduce the volley speed or something. to much spam.
