I think there should be a meeting for every country and thenevery once in a while there should be a HUGE gathering for everybody

Seriously, I think that Germany and UK or Isle of Wigth (near UK and France) can be nice locations for an Europe meeting since there is a big notproners concentration there...

Judging from the map, france itself might be location, too, or even italy.
