It doesn't use info from previous levels but it does have something to do with the previous level.

I think I've found what the google bar was intended for and I also got a bunch of letters. So far I cannot make sense out of it. Are these two parts sufficient to find the solution, or do I need more? Thanks

Edit: nvm, just found it out by myself. I got it using pen & paper, but success with that method depends very much on... well, your pen skills.

is this level possible without having found the ogre hint in the previous level? or do i have to go back and find it?

Your question is basically already answered by me throughout this thread.

Everything you need is in the level but it is tied to the previous level in some way (although this level is stand alone. no "information" is needed from the last level but "knowledge" of the last level is helpful).

After completing this level...I find it highly possible that someone could accidentally skip from -18 straight to -20.

It is almost as if level -19 is a small detour.

Any hints? I have been stuck on this one for several days now. I found the ogre, but no clue on what it means (or if it is related to this level). If it is a standalone level, if have found absolutely no clues (source code, image manipulation, etc.). I have tried A LOT of useless things, but no success so far. So any clue is appreciated.

EDIT: GOT IT!! But I agree with th comment above, this is not a standalone level!
