Try virtual dub to compress it. And if you have to increas the size so be it. Anything up to like 40mb is still a quick DL.

found the problem of my compressing settings in premiere, i'll get a better version up as soon as i can

they are based on settings used in a 'scene' release to rip dvds, which seems about equivalent to what you want.
