There we go:

Reaction conditions - notably temperature, salt, and pH - that dictate the annealing of single- stranded DNA/ DNA, DNA/ RNA, and RNA/ RNA hybrids. At high stringency, duplexes form only between strands with perfect one- to- one complementarity; lower stringency allows annealing between strands with some degree of mismatch between bases. I don't know if that's a word, Nicky, but it ain't the one I had in mind :D. I think Nighthawk would be more familiar - it is medical but you'd know it if you've watched ER or casualy :)

Medical words are more fun :p

Think of words ending in -gry. 'Angry' and 'hungry' are two of them. What is the third word in the English language? You use it every day, and if you were reading carefully, I've just told you what it is.

I like that one :D If you know it already dont say the answer :D give people who haven't heard it a chance :D

The third word is "words"? :D
