Post by i_am_racing_car »

festive greetings!!!!

in the new deathball, can you make it so there aint as many bugs, cos there are NOT many in this version.

i say in the next version, improve every single aspect of 1.9. so.. something kinda like 1.8 should be great.

ok and remember. its christmas time. ::Pfffff::

Deathball 2.0 will be tested thoroughly to make sure no irritating bugs are left. And besides that it'll be way more than just a bug fix patch :)

Like I said.. Deathball 2.0 will be tested thoroughly. Test sessions will be held both internally and publicly. You'll just have to wait a while before we can actually release a bèta version of 2.0.

Stay tuned :)

Sorry :) The border between joking and being sarcastic can be very vague.

If it would be like this, it would be like a normal XP update ;)

So you are joking that you were joking, OR you were not joking in the first place but you are now but under some other joke rule.......

Back on topic ;)

1.9 isn't all that bad for me. Maybe I'm just lucky that I hardly ever get shoot-bug, flare-bug or some other random happening.

If 2.0 is going to have more fun stuff in it, supurb. New maps? new skins? new gametypes maybe?

Anyhow.... \o/ :p

at this point in time, i think that the db team's main priority is to fix the bugs, then add in that good stuff. the tutorial for the beginners sounds like a good addition, but what i think would really make db stand out from the rest is if it had its own models..all we need now is some modelers

Scotteh: Don't worry, like I said we will try to hunt down all the bugs for 2.0

I understand a new HUD is planned...Please make it optional just in case I hate it! (Just look at the Deux Ex 2 complains over the HUD in that game)
