It's that you never seem to appreciate the work people do. Every time I change something or add new things you complain about the stuff which isn't done. It really doesn't help motivate people. To be honest, DavidM, you have a lot to learn about effective leadership. This isn't meant to be a personal attack, just the way things are. Why do you think TNSe, 2cool et all kept leaving you? (It's not even the biggest reason - it's getting rather samey and repetative to play DB at the moment, maybe I just need a break).

It's possible I'll continue dev'ing DB 2.0, but for now I definately need a break from it.

may be right that i should encourage more, doing that job for 3 years now or something and nobody complained about this yet, but some need more encouragment than others...
the others complained about different things (which i fixed imo)...
anyway, i am pretty worn out atm, working and playing (on) deathball for 14 months in a row, i need a break (and i'll take it in 1 week), ok, my db-playing break has already begun

tbh i think db needs a PR face, someone who speaks to the comunity, Davey may be a good project leader (i dont know) , but his PR skills are lacking..

i know, i hate doing PR, i just wanna do my game and have fun playing it.
prob is that the pr guy needs to know whats going on in the development, not the mark rein type guy who is just being nice and mainly saying "our game ownz"...
he is totally pointless x_X
