If you play with the NA'ers you will get a completely different response, mainly because of the fact that we do in fact play a different kind of deathball "over here". There is much less negative effect on the gameplay aspect on "the other side of the pond" because certain key aspects to their style of play have not been deminished/nerfed, in fact some would say that it actually caters to the "euros". Im not going to say out and out that 1.9 sucks, but for most of us NA'ers its quiet an unwelcome "kick to the shorts"
Ok, I am going to take this time to vent my frustrations on small things that irk me...
1) I hate it how the installer automatically puts icons in your programs folder, without asking you. In my opinion, if I want a shortcut to this magical DB.exe, I will make it myself, I dont want deathball spawning shortcuts wherever it feels like, I know this isn't new to 1.9 but it still pisses me off...
2)another thing, with the 1.9 menus, you added the 'option' to turn off the ball smoke... try clicking on it... then closing the options, then go back... what does it do? magically, the checkmark placed there earlier by the game has been in fact removed, leading me to believe this has not been implemented, or somehow, someone screwed up...
3) new to 1.9 the ability to body volley and then right after that, fake a volley, hence making any self-respecting keeper dodge the ball as if it were volleyed, only to find that another of the "features"... nevermind...
4) im glad you finally fixed the bug where you can stand inside the goal with the ball... it only took you what? 20 versions?
