Catalyst88 hopefully brings Gibball back to us \o/ , so i thought of maps especially for this mutator...

It should be a small map, so that ball bounces very often from boarders, the ball should have high fps for a fast gameplay, and maybe some gimmicks (thought of traps which also gibs players =))

I created a concept art of "DB-Gibarena"

Size: 2048³
Structure: cylindric
Specials: (As you know from Rotatorcube) one team plays @ the ceiling, other one at the floor. The different halfes could only be reached by using B00ST or some jumppads located @ different positions in the map. Don't know where the Ballspawnpoint (BSP) will be placed. but maybe exactly in the middle of the map (BSP would fly in the air :))

How do you think about this idea ?

Should boarders rotate ????

Like in the attached gif. But not as fast it is shown there :-)

Any other ideas ???

Amen to that :). The best I've done so far is steal old maps from previous DB versions ;)... i'll probably add the 1.2 version of Tribun this time, although people keep telling me it's too garish :D

just a shorty:

Having probs with the ballspawnpoint. Think it must be moving after every goal, because you can't volley it from both sides, only from one because of warp zones ....

will inform you later until i completed orbitally =)
