Look harder, Inspector is not required, view source is sufficient for this and almost all levels.

I think I know what to do for this level, but I can't manage to do it. Without being too specific, I've tried "tutorial" of this in the last three days. I need help on "that part" rather than the level in itself. Not sure If I'm too vague.

I think i figured out what is "ahead of it's time" (and i think it's related to the image).
I can't sort out the un/pw though.

This level seems to be a little bit buggy. I found what's ahead it's time but i can't figure out the UN/PW.
