Hello from the new year!

So, I made an account entirely for this level. I am posting to manifest an answer - my friend and I have been stuck for almost a week, and though I know it isn’t a long time in the general scheme of Notpron, considering we’ve done pretty well and solved all levels up ‘til now in about a month and some with the aid of this forum and a determination to get to the end, this has been a major blockade.
Though this a post of manifestation, if anybody is available to PM, is it okay if I PM you? I feel like my friend and I have found all that’s needed, and that we’re drastically overcomplicating things.

I'm getting back on Notpron and got stuck on this level once again. I think I got the pins/map related with the title correctly, but I'm struggling to get anything out of it.
